Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Acre Advantage website ("Site"), registering to bid, submitting information, or participating in any auction or property offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use this Site or participate in any auction conducted by Acre Advantage.

Eligibility

To use this Site or participate in an auction:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions.

All acreages, boundaries, dimensions, and measurements are considered "more or less." Property boundary lines depicted on maps or aerial images are approximate and provided for marketing purposes only.

Buyers and bidders are solely responsible for verifying all information through independent inspection, survey, title review, and due diligence prior to purchase.

Auction Terms

If a property is offered via auction, the following terms apply unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • All properties are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS," with all faults and without warranties of any kind.
  • Acre Advantage acts as agent for the seller unless otherwise disclosed.
  • The seller reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
  • Acre Advantage reserves the right to withdraw property prior to sale.
  • Acre Advantage reserves the right to deny bidding privileges at its discretion.
  • All bids are considered binding offers.
  • Sales may be subject to seller confirmation unless advertised as absolute.

Winning bidders must execute the required purchase agreement and deliver any earnest money deposit within the timeframe stated in the auction terms. Failure to perform may result in forfeiture of deposits and other legal remedies.

Buyer Responsibility

Buyers and bidders are responsible for conducting their own:

  • Inspections
  • Financial review
  • Survey verification
  • Title examination
  • Legal and tax consultation
